ABOUT ME
Coaching is my passion
As a corporate HR leader, I build relationships on the shop floor, across the C-suite, and throughout various regions ranging from rural U.S. to Asia, India, and Europe. During my own career journey, I discovered a passion and talent for coaching as I worked with leaders in these organizations.

As I've experienced first-hand, people are facing increasing demands, obstacles, and changes at work and home, especially as they advance their careers. I established Watt Coaching to spend even more time doing what gives me tremendous joy: partnering with individuals to unlock the power of change within themselves.

I received my education from University of Louisville, where I received a bachelor's degree in Management.  I am a Gallup-certified Strengths coach and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.  An avid reader, I am usually reading a couple of books at any time.  Some of my favorites include: Your Brain at Work by Dr. David Rock, Dare to Lead by Brené Brown, Atomic Habits by James Clear, Crucial Conversations by Patterson, Grenny, McMillan, Switzler.

When I'm not working, I enjoy many creative hobbies which include travel, home renovation, and ballroom dancing with my husband, Don.  COVID-19 has also meant that I've had plenty of time to stream content, both good and bad- my current favorites include McMillions, 13th and Schitt’s Creek, bébé!  Our family also includes a sassy and much-loved Catahoula Leopard Dog named Gina.  A proud native of Kentucky (I root for both the Cats AND the Cards), we currently reside in Zionsville, Indiana.

By applying my deep career experience and expert coaching skills, I empower individuals, teams, and organizations to grow, lead, and thrive while navigating dynamic business conditions.

With an approach that focuses on self-awareness, bias for action, straight talk, and alignment with values and talents, I help clients make meaningful changes to grow, lead, and thrive in an authentic way.
